Kid Nation: Greg's Being a Jerk Again

Right now I'm watching the new episode of Kid Nation, on which Greg just bullied Nathan after Nathan tried to help him with the dishes (Greg's job, not Nathan's). Nathan is a good person, and he doesn't deserve that kind of treatment. Greg treated him so horribly that Nathan even began crying. It was a mistake for Nathan to try to help Greg in the first place. Even after all that, Nathan is so generous as to say only that he and Greg don't get along.

Kid Nation: I Hate The New Council

Note: This is from last week's episode, which I just saw. I have loved Taylor from the very beginning, and I still love her. The new council has been treating her terribly, and I don't like it. First of all, of all of the kids, only about ten were picking up trash, so why did Taylor have to be one of them? And trying to punish Taylor!? The council members don't have that right. I'm proud of her for standing up to them, even when they went so far as to lock her in that room. I liked Laurel and AJ until this episode. Also, when she was making fruit salad, she was taking initiative and helping the town (someone has to make breakfast). It was silly of Zach to whine about that, and of Laurel to support him. Zach has a very controlling personality. It seems like all of the conflict in Bonanza is arising from people trying to control others. Zach even went so far as to threaten not to pay her. Zach, you idiot! She was doing her job!

Amazing Race 12: Begins Nov. 4

I'm so excited about the new season of Amazing Race. I watched the preview at CBS.com and it looks like they have some pretty interesting teams this year, including a goth couple, a father and daughter who don't really know each other, lesbian ministers, a grandfather and grandson, and a couple who's going through a very rough time. Clearly, this is the perfect mix for a lot of conflict. I can't wait!

Big Brother: New Spin-off!!

As disappointed as I was about Celebrity Big Brother being cancelled this year, I was excited to find that CBB is actually being replaced with a new Big Brother spin-off! The show will be called Big Brother Hijack and will involve housemates trying to become Big Brother. I'm so excited about the show. I'm not sure exactly how it will work, but I look forward to finding out.

Big Brother 8 UK: Brian Wins?

I feel like the producers manipulated the voters so that Brian would win Big Brother 8 over the much favored Twins, Amanda and Sam. A lot of viewers subconsciously vote for the most popular housemate, because subconsciously they want to be on the winning team, so to speak. By showing mostly texts and calls from Brian supporters on Big Brother's Big Mouth (from the thousands of texts/calls they had to choose from), focusing on "Brian to Win" t-shirts on Big Brother's Little Brother, and zooming in on Pro-Brian signs in the crowd during the finale, the producers made it seem like Brian was the most popular candidate. Because of this, many voters decided he was their choice too, and voted for him to win. I don't know why some people say producers lie about the votes, considering that the producers can get the public to vote for whomever they want anyway.

Kid Nation: Taylor's Gone?

I'm very unhappy that Taylor's been voted off of the council... if it weren't for that one vote! Zach, who is taking her place, is a hard worker, but at the same time he's quite bossy and arrogant, while Taylor has always been nice. I don't think she's said a mean thing to anyone while on the show. Taylor has done a good job of making herself a major character by being entertaining without being rude/mean, and I say, good for her. I love her fun personality and it's amazing how she keeps getting her team the upper class. Go Taylor!

Kid Nation: Greg To LEAVE!

I am getting sick of Kid Nation's Greg! First, Greg tells Council Member Mike to do Greg's job for him, then Greg immediately wants it back. Then, at the council meeting, Greg pushes Mike and flicks his chin. After all that, Mike actually apologizes to Greg... though I'm not sure what for. Later, Greg actually begins campaigning for the gold star (and does some work, for a change). When Michael gets the gold star, instead of being happy for Michael like everyone else, Greg is just bitter about it (what a good sport). The next morning Greg rudely wakes everyone up, even pulling one girl's sleeping bag out of her cabin. When the girl gets upset, Greg starts shouting and cursing, and goes on quite the rampage.

To sum it up, I don't like Greg. I cannot believe he got the gold star.

Introduction

Good day! I'm a reality television fanatic who associates with people who don't actually watch TV at all. Because of this, I need a place to write all of my opinions about reality shows. In the future, this Blog will consist of posts about Kid Nation, Survivor, Big Brother, and any other reality shows I can find. Thanks for reading!
